Frequently asked questions
Below you will find answers to some of the most common questions we receive about our Leadership Development services and how to get started.
How do I know which program is right for my organization?
We recommend starting with a complimentary discovery call. During this 30-minute conversation, one of our senior consultants will ask about your organizational context, the leadership challenges you are experiencing and the outcomes you hope to achieve. Based on this information, we will suggest the most appropriate service — whether that is executive coaching, a team workshop, our emerging leaders program or a fully custom engagement. There is no obligation, and we are happy to provide a written proposal for your review.
What is the typical investment for a coaching engagement?
Pricing varies depending on the scope and duration of the engagement. A standard six-month executive coaching arc for a single leader typically ranges from $8,000 to $15,000 CAD, which includes assessments, bi-weekly coaching sessions and a final development report. Team workshops and multi-participant programs are priced on a per-cohort basis. We are transparent about fees from the outset and will provide a detailed quote before any commitment.
Can your programs be delivered virtually?
Absolutely. While we love the energy of in-person sessions, we have invested heavily in our virtual delivery capabilities. All of our coaching engagements can be conducted via secure video conferencing, and our workshops use interactive digital platforms that keep participants engaged and collaborative. Many clients opt for a hybrid model — combining in-person retreats with ongoing virtual touchpoints — which we have found to be highly effective.
How do you measure the impact of your Leadership Development programs?
Measurement is built into every engagement from the start. We use a combination of pre- and post-program 360-degree feedback surveys, behavioural observation rubrics and business outcome metrics that are agreed upon with your stakeholders during the design phase. Common indicators include employee engagement scores, retention rates among high-potential leaders, promotion readiness assessments and qualitative feedback from direct reports. We provide a comprehensive impact report at the conclusion of each program.
Do you work with organizations outside of Canada?
Yes, we serve clients across North America and have delivered programs in Europe and Asia as well. Our virtual delivery capabilities make geography far less of a barrier than it once was. For in-person engagements outside of Quebec, we coordinate travel logistics and can partner with local facilitators in your region to ensure cultural relevance and continuity. Please mention your location when you reach out and we will discuss the best approach for your context.
What credentials do your coaches and facilitators hold?
Our team members hold professional certifications from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the PCC and MCC levels, as well as credentials from the Center for Creative Leadership, the NeuroLeadership Institute and leading Canadian MBA programs. Beyond formal qualifications, every member of our delivery team has at least ten years of corporate leadership experience, ensuring that the guidance they provide is grounded in real-world practice rather than theory alone.
